Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made online. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices include VAT where applicable.
2. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations made 24 hours before drop-off may be eligible for a refund minus an admin fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Amendments can be requested via email.
3. Arrival & Departure
Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Ensure all travel details are accurate when booking. Shuttle transfers operate to all Manchester Airport terminals.
4. Vehicle Storage & Security
Vehicles are stored at a gated facility with CCTV. We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft unless due to proven negligence.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for missed flights, traffic delays, or mechanical issues. Personal belongings left in vehicles are at the owner’s risk.
6. Conduct
Abusive or aggressive behavior toward staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service.
